From Injinji

Product Description

Anatomical Interface System (AIS) is engineered to separate your toes with a CoolMax moisture wicking lining and a resistant nylon outer shell built with Lycra fibers, to create a thin, anti-friction membrane that is both lightweight and breathable. Seamless in construction, the tetratsok forms to every contour of your feet. This allows for true restriction free movement from your heel to five toes, encourages healthy circulation, and eliminates skin on skin contact between your toes to prevent blistering from occurring.

Customer Reviews

Good but lack durability3
I am training for a 50 mile ultra marathon and thought I'd try the Injinji socks for my long training runs. They have been great for stopping blisters but I already have a hole in the socks. I've done 2 long runs that took about 7 hours and 3 shorter runs that took 2-3 hours. Even for performance wear I expect a $12 pair of socks to last longer than a 12 pack of equivalently priced socks from Target. Good product that works but a major quality issue that doesn't match the price point.
I love these socks!5
I bought these socks to wear with my Vibram five fingers shoes. They fit perfectly with the shoes and keep my feet comfortable and dry. I don't like the feeling of shoes with no socks. My only wish is that they were cheaper! I would like to own several more pairs but the price is holding me back.
Injinji's4
These socks do the best to prevent blisters although they aren't 100% fool proof. I have a bunion on one foot so it is more prone to blisters because one toe rides on top of the other. The injinji's help alot but sometimes I would still get blisters. (I do marathon training). When I use a powder called "Blister Shield" along with my Injinji's I never have a problem. The powder is unlike baby powder as it doesn't absorb moisture but leaves a kind of a dry slippery film around the toes that prevents friction(much better than say vaseline or body glide-you don't get that squishy feeling). I love it. I do wish the Injinji's were made out of a material more like the asics or other running socks. The feel like they slip around a little. Still the best as far as preventing blisters go though.
